We price our bulk orders per processed, packaged pound...not by the individual cut. You will get an assortment of meat and know that the price for each steak, package of ground beef, etc. is calculated all the same. We have stayed away from pricing per hanging weight simply to keep the process of buying bulk easy.

*Process weight is roughly 60% of the hanging weight. (which came to 549lbs, so I rounded up to 550) Up front it appears you are only paying 6.50lb, but by the time it is all said and done you are actually paying 12.63lb.
